This section explains my approach to the General Data Protection Regulation.

I do not collect personal data other than that required to discuss customer inquiries or to mail purchases to customers. This information is supplied via completion of the Contact Me form or the Shopping Cart process by website visitors. I delete such content within 3 months of receipt. As a result, I have no online customer database.

I do not use web analytics services (eg Google Analytics) to analyse site traffic, nor do I use cookies. The site records the number of different users accessing my site, the number of site visits and the total number of clicks made while people are on the website. This data is anonymous in every respect.

All online payments are via PayPal. I have no access to this process. Customer security in this respect is provided throughout by PayPal, a leading international secure payment system. I will never ask for credit or debit card details.

I do not issue newsletters, blogs or any other marketing information to any contacts on a routine or other basis. The only social media I access and use is Pinterest. Pinterest routinely records anonymous statistics, including user names, but does not facilitate direct contact.

I do not use Facebook, Twitter or any similar sites.

I do not share customer details with any third party suppliers of services or products.
